Project Location: Djeddah (Saudi Arabia)

This project will allow the airport of Djeddah to reach a capacity of 80 MPax by 2035. The essential role of ADPI was planning, coordination, conception and engineering for the development of the Phase 1 of the project. This includes the construction of a new terminal (30 Mpax), 52 parking lots, a transport hub (station, bus, subway…), a new control tower (130m), new road access, loading centres and energy production as well as 360 000m² of parking space for a new platform of a total surface area of 900 000m². MESLI CONSULTING was contacted by ADPI for project management and contract management services for the duration of the project from their Paris offices and in Saudi Arabia.

MESLI CONSULTING consultants have undertaken the management of particularly large complex airport projects, notably in Cyprus and Saudi Arabia. The trilinguisme arabic-french-english of MESLI CONSULTING’S founder and his excellent knowlegde of the arabic peninsula particularly eased the task for the contractors on the King Abdelaziz international airport project. MESLI CONSULTING’S dual competency in project management and contract management led to the successful management of a complex project (International Airports of Cyprus) susceptible to to risks ups and downs.
