MOROCCAN HIGH-SPEED RAIL LINK - TANGER KENITRA

Place: Morocco (Tanger-Kenitra)
Description: this project improved the rail infrastructure of High-Speed Lines in Morocco between Tanger and Kenitra to later link to the capital Rabat. This project, equipped with around 200km of new dual track of which 182km operate at 320 km/h, benefits from a conception and construction which respect French standards.
INEXIA was chosen to carry out the necessary expertises to ensure the technical coherence of the project as part of the general conduct of the operation by the contracting authority.
MESLI CONSULTING was contacted by INEXIA to assist the team in reworking a detailed planning mid-project, monitoring the project progress and upgrading the accomplished work. A mission of cost control was also launched to manage the initialisation of GPRO cost monitoring tools.
